Donation Refund Policy
At AROGYA SHAKTI TRUST, we sincerely appreciate the generosity and support of our donors. Every donation helps us carry out our charitable activities.
General Policy
All donations are voluntary and generally non-refundable.
Eligible Refund Requests
Refunds may be considered for duplicate payments, incorrect donation amounts, unauthorized transactions (subject to verification), technical failures, or other genuine cases approved by the Trust.
Refund Request Process
Please submit refund requests within 7 days of the donation with your name, contact details, donation amount, transaction ID, and reason.
Refund Approval
Refunds are reviewed case-by-case and approved at the sole discretion of AROGYA SHAKTI TRUST.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are generally processed within 7-15 business days to the original payment method.
Payment Gateway Charges
Applicable non-recoverable payment gateway or bank charges may be deducted.
Tax Benefits
Donors are responsible for complying with applicable tax laws if a refunded donation has been claimed for tax benefits.
Fraud Prevention
The Trust may refuse refunds involving fraud or misuse.
